I used to feel as if I didn't have enough time to do the things I needed to do.  Greg is teaching me skills that allow me to take "first things first".  With meditative and breathing excercises, he uses a delicate blend of accountability and gentle prodding to help you decide for yourself  - all the while reminding you there are no "right" or "wrong" answers, only answers.

My favorite Gregism : "Remember to fall still for a moment and take a deep breath.  This will help to slow everything down enough for you to prioritize and organize your thoughts."  It works!

When I first started with Greg, I believed there just weren't enough hours
in the day to get done what I want.  I had the same small list of
things to do for weeks at a time.  One of my ultimate goals was to get
back to playing tennis.  I considered this a pipe dream as I had such
little time to get my work done, let alone my pursue my hobbies.  Greg
told me that I'd be back and playing tennis at least once a week.
Obviously, I had my doubts, but after two months of working with him,
I'm playing tennis again.  We began working together because I felt
like a worker bee, going about my daily life as a victim to my
obligations.  I feel empowered to take control of my life and, in
addition, I have found time to accomplish all of my original goals.
I'm now in the process of creating new ones!  Thanks to Greg, I have
been more productive in the past two weeks than in the past three
months.  I'm learning how to take these time management skills he has
taught me and work through my obstacles on my own.
